"Henpecked" - Original painting of a cockerel

This delightful portrayal of a Pekin cockerel conveys a subtle sense of bemusement that many can relate to! With 'country-chic' colours, "Henpecked" adds a touch of whimsical countryside charm and character, and is a talking point and perfect fit a kitchen space.

This piece is part of my 'Country Living' Collection, inspired by the colours and wildlife in the Westcountry. The piece is indicative of my contemporary style, using flicks and drips of paint to add movement and life to these characterful birds. Perfect for anyone who has a farm or lives and loves the countryside and the chickens that are so indicative of the westcountry.
